I think a two track idea might work.   I am a more nuts and
bolts and angle brackets POC.   I would be happy to facilitate
the RA discussions at the technical level (would love help; Jeff?).

The suggestion to wrangle out some shortcomings of strategy and 
implementation might be a good thing.

Day 1, separate tracks
Day 2, we integrate tech with strategy as best as possible

Nuts/Bolts track can:  [flesh out more of any problems or shortcomings 
   with the selection of services suggested by the WSDE WG?]

* Have brief talks about DIF/WSDE WG success stories: NDBC and/or COOPS.   

  Using Eoins suggested end-to-end format.  Follow a buoy data packet,
  through the NDBC data management system and out the SOS service.

  Maybe a RA or two can do the same for some of the suggested platforms
  that he requested.

* RA's that have attempted to use WSGE WG suggested protocols

  What roadblocks prevented completion?

* RA's that have specific roadblocks for implementing any of the protocols
